my lil man (6.5 mths) started solids at 5mths, ...

my lil man (6.5 mths) started solids at 5mths, and is going very well on fruit n veggies, was wondering though, wen do u start to indtoduce meat? do u start with red or white or fish? also, atm he has 1 tablespoon farax with each meal, wen meat is introduced, how much does he hav to be eating to reduce/cut out the amount of farax he has? going into town for xmas (300km away) n just trying to work out how much more farax i need to buy as i getting low any help would be appreciated
